Native English Teacher
職位描述
Requirements:
1.Passionate, love to work with children and willing to devote time and effort for the benefit of both kids and parents.
2.Standard pronunciation or native English Speaker: from America, Canada, Australia or the U.K.
3.Excellent communicative skills, outgoing and friendly personality.
4.Be reliable and responsible.
5.Be well-presented and professional
6.Preference be given to holder of Certificate in Early Childhood Education, University Degree holder, TESOL/TEFL Certificate holder or Montessori teacher. Attractive remuneration will be provided.
7.Also seeking hard working and enthusiastic gap year students
8.Preference will be given to applicants with working visa and previous related experienc.
Working hours
1.No more than 40hrs a week in total
--Wednesday to Friday 12:00-21:00
--Saturday & Sunday 8:30-18:30 (1hr break)
2.Monday and Tuesday off.
Welfare
1.Holidays
1.5 days paid holidays plus 11 national holidays annually
The teachers will enjoy the following paid holidays:
New Year's Day, Spring Festival(3days), National Day(3days), Labor Day, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas Day.(2days)
2.Sick leave
The teacher is en****d to half day's pay with a doctor's certificate per sick day taken. Without doctor's certificate, any sick leave is considered as unpaid leave.
3.English Teaching Training
Advanced English Teaching Program is in place and 2-4 weeks training is provided.
4.Career Opportunities
Excellent teachers can be promoted to be supervisors.
